About Dr Travis Falconer

Orthopaedic Shoulder Surgeon

Travis’s strength is a very patient-centred approach, spending as much time as is required to explain conditions, describe treatment and work with his patients and other health care providers to get the best possible results for their shoulder problems. He has a wealth of national and international experience in all complex problems relating to the shoulder.

Travis is an upper limb fellowship trained orthopaedic shoulder surgeon with over 10 years of sub-speciality experience. He performs all surgery related to the shoulder including arthroplasty (Total Shoulder, Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement and Revision Shoulder Replacement), arthroscopic shoulder surgery including rotator cuff & labral repair, and sports surgery (stabilisation, remplissage & Latarjet). He also performs trauma surgery of the shoulder.

Travis is actively committed to research and explores many new and cutting edge techniques including robotic surgery, virtual reality assisted surgery and biological augmentation of soft tissues.

He consults privately in West Perth and operates at Hollywood Private Hospital and Bethesda Hospital.

In Perth Travis works publicly at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Osborne Park Hospital.
